Peanut Butter Fingers

1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour
1 c. white sugar 1 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar 1 t. soda
1 egg 1/2 t. salt
1 t. egg
1 t. vanilla
1 t. peanut butter
Cream butter, sugars, egg, vanilla and peanut butter. Add flour, oats, soda and salt. Spread on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 10 min. Or until very lightly brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE. When cool, spread with a thin layer of whipped peanut butter (approx. 1 c. of peanut butter whipped). Frost with chocolate frosting.
Chocolate Frosting
1/3 c. butter or margarine soften 1/3 c. cocoa
4 c. powdered sugar 1/3 c. milk
1 T. vanilla
Mix with electric mixer until smooth. Add more milk if necessary to achieve spreading consistency.

I have made these 4 times in the last 2 months Jeff Brown loves them and he eats a full cookie sheet by him self when I take them over there... Thanks Donna now I know I am his favorite sister in-law lol! Thanks Tracie for putting these all on here!
